- Health check intake call.If local, an in-person visit may be scheduled to utlize the My Positive Fitness body mechanics
- Use of an internet based app called MyCoach. Use of this app helps develop healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits to support your goals for the long term. Daily modules and activities are assigned and overseen by My Positive Fitness to help provide feedback.
- Linked with your coach via My Fitness Pal for nutritional review and advice
- Trainer contact/support and motivation during the HARD journey towards better health.
- In this process, you will learn how to make healthier decisions, listen to your body, discover why you make the choices you do, correct negative behavior and more!
Nutritional Consultation and Education
- Health check
- Nutritional discussion to provide better understanding of calories, macro's, etc.
- Nutritional booklet provided with meal planning tips, 30 day meal plan and restaurant swaps outs.
- Understand what is in your pantry and how the food effects you.
- Nutritional advice for weight loss, more energy, etc.
